Job Description
The role is responsible for providing Tier 3 technical support for critical infrastructure systems, including AC and DC power systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC and mechanical equipment, medium‑voltage systems, automated AC switchgear, paralleling gear, and grounding systems. This position supports operations across multiple regions and requires availability for 24/7/365 escalation.
Key responsibilities include managing large‑scale repairs and infrastructure projects, developing programs to improve maintenance processes, and delivering both on‑site and virtual training related to critical infrastructure operations. The role also leads cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve data issues within preventative maintenance platforms, inventory management systems, and battery monitoring systems.

Required Skills & Experience
Extensive knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including power distribution, UPS equipment, HVAC/mechanical systems, fire detection/suppression, and medium‑voltage equipment.
Demonstrated experience supporting complex technical environments at a Tier 3 level, including incident escalation, troubleshooting, and coordination of large‑scale repair or maintenance activities.
