Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our finance team and support both day-to-day accounting operations and strategic initiatives. This role combines technical accounting expertise with the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge automation tools.
As the Accountant, you will own critical aspects of the month-end close, reporting, and compliance, while driving innovation in how accounting work gets done. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and help mentor junior staff, ensuring our finance operations are scalable and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Reporting
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Process Improvement & Automation
Implement automation solutions to reduce manual work.
Identify and execute efficiency improvements across accounting workflows.
- Compliance & Controls
Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with FP&A, sales, and operations to provide financial insights.
Advise business leaders on accounting and compliance implications.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years Accounting experience
- SaaS/Software industry experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
