Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee and elevate the quality of in-home care provided to our senior clients. As an RN, you’ll perform home visits, nursing assessments, develop care plans, document client health status, and support optimal client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, home visits, take vitals, and document client health status.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Travel to clients’ homes for evaluations and ensure continuity of care.
- Identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs; adjust care collaboratively.
- Ensure safe home care environments and adherence to company policies.
- Document care issues and report caregiver-related client concerns.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of New York
- An updated physical exam
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of home health care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ethics
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using electronic documentation
