• DCIM Tooling & Efficiency: Create purpose-built software for asset and inventory management, digital twins, deployment automation, and operational dashboards; collaborate with data teams to surface actionable insights.
• Support Critical Infrastructure: Define and ship software that accelerates datacenter build-out and scaling.
• Foster Technical Excellence: Mentor engineers and uphold high standards in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Build vs. Buy Decisions: Partner with product teams to evaluate in-house development versus third-party solutions for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with support, operations, and product teams to ensure tools meet growth and operational needs.
• Scalability & Reliability: Design fault-tolerant systems that remain resilient as infrastructure scales.
• Promote Best Practices: Champion modern development workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects from concept through deployment, delivering measurable impact.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years coding in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or similar languages with deep knowledge of distributed systems and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency/multithreading.
• Comfortable with TCP/IP, network programming, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Ability to balance trade-offs for scalable, reliable infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 5–8+ years professional experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with infrastructure automation and operational dashboards.
• Familiarity with digital twin concepts and deployment automation.
• Exposure to large-scale datacenter environments and operational tooling.
