Job Description

• Provide on-the-floor support and be prepared to step in and perform inventory-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and address any immediate needs.
• Plan, schedule, and provide work direction to team to ensure compliance.
• Ensure staffing coverage is appropriate each day, reporting any issues with coverage to Regeneron Management

Required Skills & Experience

• BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field may substitute relevant experience in lieu of educational requirement, and 3+ years of relevant cGMP experience.
• 3 – 5 years’ GMP or relevant experience required
• 1 year experience in leadership role preferred
• Knowledge or experience in industrial hygiene desired Strong interpersonal and effective written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, intra/internet, databases, etc.)
• Ability to analyze technical and regulatory information and provide recommendations to all levels within the company.
• Experience managing 24x7 and daily scheduling of employees.
• Experience providing employee guidance.
• Experience working with multiple departs successfully.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adherence to strict gowning protocols, including wearing a jumpsuit, hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask, is required.
