Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and motivated Patient Access Registration Representative to join the top orthopedic hospital in the nation. The main responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to patients, updating patient information in the EPIC system, verifying patient benefits, triaging incoming calls, insurance verifications, and scheduling/rescheduling appointments. The ideal candidate must be reliable and motivated, as they will be in a front-line position that plays a crucial role in patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the ability to adapt to different work environments is highly valued. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure comfort and proficiency in all areas of responsibility. Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience working as a patient access specialist or similar role
Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
HS Diploma or GED
COVID-19 Vaccination
Flu vaccination

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with EPIC EMR
