Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior System Service Specialist for one of our largest energy clients. This person will be responsible for assisting in the services department. They will be expected to perform routine technical duties in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of components within building automation systems, sensors, and related controls and computers. This position works under the direct supervision of a higher-level building automation technician and with minimal supervision. This position has multiple openings for all levels from entry to senior level. These roles require travel between Manhattan and Long Island NY.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong services experience in the commercial industry
-Strong understanding of communication protocols (BacNet, Modbus)
-Hands on experience with test equipment (multimeters, understanding of Ohm's Law)
-Relay Logic exp
-Setting Up Routers - IP Communications (network/routers)
