Join our dynamic Healthcare IT team as an Ambulatory Clinical Application Analyst II. In this vital role, you’ll help drive innovation and improve efficiency across healthcare systems. Your expertise will support the implementation and maintenance of advanced IT solutions that directly enhance patient care and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and support IT solutions in a healthcare setting.
-Analyze and document complex use cases and workflows.
-Contribute to process design and improvement initiatives.
-Engage in continuous learning to deepen healthcare IT knowledge.
-Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
-Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
-Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite for project coordination.
-Adapt to extended work schedules during critical project phases.
-Evaluate current workflows and design optimized future-state processes.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience supporting IT implementations/support and application related work
- Epic Certification - Ambulatory is required
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, pragmatic, and a collaborative team player. Excellent oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills
- Expertise in MS Office, including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
