Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Personal Assistant/Estate Manager for the CEO of a confidential venture capital firm. This person is required to be on-call 24/7, though will be given weekends off as much as possible. This PA will be responsible for calendaring and scheduling, coordinating and booking all (frequent) travel, managing/overseeing personal finances, overseeing household staff for multiple properties. The Personal Assistant will work in a hybrid capacity, out of a home-environment. He/She will be responsible for all travel coordination including packing suitcases, running various errands, working with household staff to ensure residences are "owner ready." Travel may be required at any time, so this person must be able to travel both domestically or internationally with minimal notice. Qualified candidates must be willing to relocate in the future,

- 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Estate Manager
- Comfortable being on-call 24/7
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally with minimal notice
- Willing to relocate in the future
