To help move forward with clarity and impact, we are looking for a Senior Storytelling & Presentation Designer who can translate the work, challenges and successes into compelling stories and crisp visual communications. This person will partner with the team to share the narrative of the clients transformation and deliver presentations, visuals and other communication assets that inspire confidence, alignment and momentum. This person must feel comfortable meeting with executive leaders, thrive in collaboration, and listen with the ability to translate inputs into polished outputs. Your role is to be able to clearly articulate how the Digital org is going to operate and why. The person that will thrive in this role has the ability to connect logic and emotion, is a creative thinker and is very detail oriented with a passion for clarity and design excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years designing high impact presentations with exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to translate complex or technical information into simple stories
Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling & presentation design work
Proficient with prestation and design tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides)
Strong understanding of narrative frameworks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in organizational change management communication
Prior experience working for a pharmaceutical company
