Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst for one of our premier Asset Management clients and sit three days per week in Manhattan. This person will join to Middle Office and Controllers Engineering team and be responsible for interacting with key stakeholders in the Investment Operations functions to lead projects, gather and document business requirements, and coordinate the development, testing (develop test cases and participate in development/QA Testing), implementation, and ongoing support of these requirements. They will assist with the analysis of middle office platform processes and capabilities and the ongoing development of a technology strategy. This person will communicate effectively with stakeholders and build relationships continuously to identify best practices for optimizing system use both internally/externally and ensure SLAs and other key metrics are met or exceeded. Additionally, this resource will be an escalation point for support issues and increase in-house functional support resolution with well-documented RCA and permanent resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of asset management industry full-cycle experience in SDLC methodologies and approaches
o Refining business requirements and defining functional specifications, development, and testing
- 3+ years of experience with C#, Python, SQL and Excel Macros
- Experience working with data warehouse & business intelligence platforms and concepts for data modeling.
- Deep understanding of the middle office functions and Knowledge of credit instruments (Bank Loans, Bonds, Derivatives, etc.)
- Previously worked with a leading fund accounting platform
- Systems integration of applications infrastructure hosted in cloud providers, AWS and Azure
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
o While adept at listening and soliciting feedback from all teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- FIS VPM platform experience
- An advanced degree from a top university
