Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Banking Officer to join a mission-driven community banking client of ours in the Harlem, NY area. This resource will serve as the subject matter expert for the bank’s digital platform, including consumer and business online and mobile banking. You’ll create strategy, platform adoption, and customer development to create a seamless digital experience that meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You’ll lead the execution of the digital banking strategy by leveraging Jack Henry Bannon platform and Silverlake. You’ll work with the marketing and IT teams to communicate with customers, stakeholders, and social media outlets. Act as the senior point of contact for customer inquiries and internal escalations involving the digital platform (e.g., mobile banking, bill pay, and RDC). You’ll escalates technical and usability issues promptly as needed to Information Technology. You will utilize customer feedback to update and enhance new features and led pilot projects and advocate for hose improvements. Coordinate with compliance and IT teams to ensure digital banking operations meet regulatory requirements and leverage fraud protection tools like Plaid and Fraud Defender.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience with Jack Henry systems experience (Banno, Silverlake, iPay, Cognos, Synergy)
3+ years of online, digital, electronic banking experience
Experienced with a digital product (bill pay, mobile banking, RDC, customer interface) rollout or post launch support
Comfortable being on call – very minimum time
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Banno or Silverlake experience (Jack Henry)
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field
AI experience
