Job Description

The Director of Manufacturing Inventory & Operations at our client is a key strategic leader, entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of the Manufacturing Team's inventory management and purchasing operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that inventory levels are meticulously optimized to meet customer demands while upholding the highest standards of financial stewardship and operational efficiency. The position also holds the exciting potential for expanded responsibilities over the coming year.
Salary 110-150k

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years as Director Manufacturing and Inventory experience
Minimum of 7 years in an inventory and purchasing based role
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team with a proactive approach to management including being responsible for hiring, firing and performance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with jewelry inventory and manufacturing
