Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Analyst to join one of our largest Media companies onsite 5x a week at their 30 Rockefeller location in New York City. This individual will be stepping into the role of 1st/2nd line desk side support break and fix. They will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service to ensure that customer satisfaction targets are both maintained and exceeded. This is a technical role requiring expert knowledge of the core Microsoft O365 products also experience of laptop/desktop/Mac and Mobile. This person will need to demonstrate self-starter qualities and passion about technology to find answers to resolve complex technical issues for the business and clients.
