Job Description

As a Junior Technology Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of IT training programs for our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize our technology systems and applications. Your day to day will be to enhance our employees technical competencies, productivity, and engagement through well crafted and engaging training sessions. You must have excellent communication skills and experience adapting IT training deliverables within a fast-paced, evolving technology and business environment. Candidate must be able to learn new systems quickly and deliver end user training solutions. This team is onsite five days a week in midtown Manhattan.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in an IT training or L&D role within financial services
- Experience leading the delivery of end user training sessions on core IT systems online, in person and written documents
- Experience with the creation and maintenance of training documentation, including user manuals, videos, FAQ’s, how to guides and QRG’s
- Leading the delivery of new hire technology training on web and mobile applications
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 core application suite – MS Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Onenote etc.
- Comfortable engaging and educating users from all levels of roles from Jr to Management
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
