Job Description
The Content Strategist leads content planning from project inception, aligning strategy with business and UX goals. They coordinate timelines, guide collaboration across teams, and ensure content is structured, branded, and optimized for SEO. Through strategic oversight, they manage the content lifecycle, use data to inform decisions, and deliver accessible, user-centered digital experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of Content Strategy experience that focuses on complex software products or digital experiences.
• 3+ years of experience with Figma and UX content tools.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, and virtual whiteboarding programs (FigJam, Lucid, Mural, etc.).
• Experience with empathy/content/feature mapping and other discovery/sprint planning exercises in partnership with UX design and research.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and content lifecycle management.
