Job Description
We are seeking an Implementation Manager who combines strong project management skills
with hands-on technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for leading new customer launches,
managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and ensuring that tracking pixels,
integrations, and data layers are configured correctly.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving and
customer-facing project ownership.
What You’ll Do
● Own project management for customer implementations: define scope, set timelines,
track progress, and keep all stakeholders aligned from kickoff to go-live.
● Configure and implement Tie’s tracking pixels, tags, and integrations on customer
websites and eCommerce platforms.
● Validate events, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and provide clear resolutions and
recommendations.
● Act as the main point of contact for customers during implementation, ensuring they feel
supported and informed throughout the project.
● Partner with Sales and Customer Success to hand off accounts pre and
post-implementation smoothly.
● Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical issues and share
customer feedback.
● Maintain implementation documentation and contribute to scalable processes and best
practices.

Required Skills & Experience
-2–3+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical
onboarding with a SaaS or martech/adtech company.
-Demonstrated project management experience — able to manage multiple customer
launches simultaneously, with strong organizational and communication skills.
-Hands-on experience implementing tracking pixels or analytics tools (e.g., Google
Tag Manager, Shopify).
-Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Cookies, Data layers) and
website hosting services (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Shopify etc).
-Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace
etc) and/or digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads etc) is a plus.
-Proven ability to manage stakeholders, set expectations, and deliver projects on
schedule.
-A problem-solver with high attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
