Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Scrum Master to join our Digital Solutions team at a leading hospital in New York City. This is a unique opportunity for someone with foundational Scrum experience to grow into a Product Management career path while contributing to impactful healthcare technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies across multiple product teams.
• Support the development and delivery of digital products including Digital Revenue Management tools and AI-powered healthcare applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure sprint goals are met.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist Product Managers in backlog grooming, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile team support role.
• Basic understanding of Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and team dynamics.
• Strong interest in Product Management and willingness to learn and grow in that direction.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Exposure to healthcare or hospital systems is a plus.
-Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms.
-Certification in Scrum (CSM or equivalent) is a bonus but not required.
