Job Description
• Lead the architecture and deployment of Siemens Quality solutions, with a focus on Teamcenter Quality.
• Guide customers through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with industry standards like IATF 16949, ISO 9100, ISO 13498.
• Facilitate workshops, document outcomes, and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.
• Guide customer business process transformation to improve efficiency and adherence to best manufacturing practices.
• Design and develop solutions within Siemens Quality tools to provide customer value.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide customers through architecture and implementation of closed loop quality software with an emphasis on the following tools: APQP, Control Planning, Inspection Planning, Nonconformance Management, Problem Solving (CAPA, 8D, etc), Audit Management, FMEA, Supplier Quality, and Training Management.
• Lead customer workshops and document business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across the Digital Thread.
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues independently, applying creative problem-solving approaches.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IATF 16949 (lead auditor experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of key quality processes.
• Familiarity with Change Management and Document Control processes.
• Experience deploying or supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) - enterprise level, closed loop systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Participated in external audits.
• Familiarity with business processes in one or more industries: Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Device.
• Familiarity with Industry Quality tools.
• Technical skills in one or more of the following: SQL, HTML, Java, XSL stylesheets, database management.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement; Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience managing and administrating a QMS platform.
