Job Description

For 280k, this manager will take ownership of Major Incident and Change Management processes, serving as the driving force behind swift resolution of critical infrastructure issues. In high-severity situations, they step in as Incident Commander, leading cross-functional teams with clarity and urgency while ensuring stakeholders remain informed. Their technical depth enables them to not only coordinate but also contribute meaningfully to root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions. With a mature Change Management framework under their leadership, they chair the Change Advisory Board to align technical execution with business priorities. Beyond incident response, this manager defines operational playbooks, tracks key performance metrics, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Their experience working with globally distributed teams in a 24/7 environment positions them to drive operational excellence at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years in infrastructure operations, specializing in Major Incident (MIM) and Change Management within top-tier financial institutions or large-scale enterprises
- Deep technical experience across networks, servers, storage, cloud, databases, etc.
- Hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms for incident, problem, and change workflows
- Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) certification required
