Job Description

One of Insight Global consulting client is looking for a Supply and Demand Planning Lead to join their team. The lead will be responsible for driving the planning workstream within a large-scale transformation project, taking full ownership of defining and finalizing future-state processes, business requirements, and integration points with other functional areas. They will serve as the primary interface with the client’s planning leadership, collaborating closely with both client stakeholders and internal team members to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. This role includes leading workshops—primarily with functional users based in Los Angeles—to shape the supply and demand planning strategy, while also coordinating with global process owners on the client side. A strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premise versus Cloud SCM is essential, particularly in how planning data and processes transition between platforms. It will be expected to bring deep expertise in supply and demand planning, operate as a core member of the team, and ensure seamless integration of planning processes into the broader supply chain model.

This role will be remote and include travel to Manhattan Beach, CA 1 week per month to interface with users and host workshops.

Required Skills & Experience

-7+ years of experience working within Oracle SCM
-Ample Experience with supply, demand and replenishment planning
-Experience implementing in consumer product companies
- Experience running workshops on Supply and Demand planning for technical and functional users

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) within Oracle EBS (E-Business suite)
- Demantra for demand planning
