Position Summary:
We are seeking adaptable, professional, and hands-on Field Service Technicians to support two major IT infrastructure projects: a network expansion initiative and a large-scale PC deployment effort. These roles are critical to ensuring smooth operations across multiple clinical and administrative locations in rural New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the deployment of Cisco switches, routers, and endpoints under the direction of network engineers.
- Support PC imaging, customization, deployment, and asset recovery.
- Perform unboxing, burn-in testing, tagging, and documentation of IT equipment.
- Travel to various clinics and hospital locations within a 2030 mile radius of Cooperstown or Fox Hospital.
- Work collaboratively with team leads and senior technicians to execute installations and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deployed and recovered assets.
- Follow established procedures and adapt to site-specific requirements.

- 13 years of experience in IT support, field services, or hardware deployment preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and Windows-based systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursed for work-related travel).
- Professionalism and reliability are essential, especially in clinical environments.
