We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to join our dynamic team in either Worcester/Boston, MA or New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids and budgets for various projects. This role involves working on new and existing projects, with a focus on hospital and higher education facilities, as well as office spaces, commercial, and industrial buildings. The estimator will manage projects along the East Coast, ensuring compliance with regional standards and regulations. Proficiency in using Onscreen Estimator platform is preferred, though experience with other estimation software is acceptable. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP estimation.
Significant experience as an Estimator on large scale commercial or industrial projects.
Proficiency in MEP systems and estimation software.
Strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
