Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Toolmaker to join their team onsite 5 days a week in Rochester New York. Candidates must have experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Candidates must also understand how to use machinery such as mills, surface grinders, and lathes. Experience in the Aerospace industry and experience with CNC programming utilizing MasterCAM is preferred. Candidates will work the first shift on a 9/80 schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of Experience
Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics
Proficient with operating Mills, surface
grinder and lathe
Experience with CNC programming utilizing
MasterCAM
Aerospace or Defense industry experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with composite materials.
Experience with MIG/TIG welding.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
