Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Production Engineer to join our media team. This role is responsible for managing live and recorded video productions, supporting Tricaster systems, and editing high-quality video content for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in video production and post-production, with hands-on experience in studio environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain Tricaster production systems for live broadcasts, webinars, and hybrid events.
• Manage video recording, switching, and streaming workflows during live productions.
• Perform video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to produce engaging video content.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video production hardware and software.
• Maintain studio equipment and ensure readiness for scheduled productions.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of video shoots, including lighting, audio, and camera configuration.
• Archive and organize media assets for future use and reference.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in video production and editing.
• Proficiency with Tricaster systems and live production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software and post-production techniques.
• Familiarity with studio equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting, and switchers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Vimeo, Zoom).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
• Understanding of broadcast standards and media encoding formats.
