Job Description
We’re hiring a Head of Amazon Digital Sales and Fulfillment to lead, scale, and optimize every aspect of our Amazon business. This is a high-impact, fully remote leadership role with P&L ownership, cross-functional coordination, and strategic authority. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with our inventory, logistics, and product teams to accelerate revenue, improve profitability, and expand into new opportunities.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $140,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience managing a 7- or 8-figure Amazon Seller Central business.
● Proven experience owning P&L and scaling revenue while improving profit margins.
● Deep knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, DSP, pricing strategy, and FBA/FBM workflows.
● Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Attribution, and reporting dashboards.
● Experience in consumer products, preferably giftware, home décor, or floral-related categories.
