Job Description
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to sit fully remote in the U.S.
This is a freelance, as-needed position ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work. Hours will vary depending on project needs—some weeks may be busy, while others may have little or no work. We’re looking for someone who is responsive, reliable, and comfortable with a non-fixed schedule.
This administrator will be joining the Enterprise Systems group and will be responsible for assisting in their Salesforce environment. The team is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator, as there is no dedicated in-house resources managing the platform at this time. There are 8 salesforce instances this resource will be supporting. They will be working on completing projects and customizing the environment to the company’s needs. As projects come up, they will be documenting, writing flows, and creating spheres within Salesforce. Any experience with API development would be a plus as they might have some projects coming up that require this. This person must have strong communication skills, as they will be working closely with members of the non-profit foundation tied to the company and will be working to fulfill their requests/meet their goals.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce experience specifically writing flows, general setting up custom object or data models, knowledge of system set up
Ability to create and manage user accounts, maintain data integrity, and customize Salesforce
Strong documentation ability
Professional communication skills
Ability to interact and converse with business stakeholders (i.e. C-Suite, VP, Board Members)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Non-Profit organization work experience (Foundations, etc.)
API & Integration understanding
Apex Fundamentals
