Job Description

A global banking client is looking to hire a Sr. Associate Product Designer (UX) in New York City. The role involves creating user-centered experiences and interfaces that enhance end-to-end user journeys. Responsibilities include developing design specifications to improve the functionality of user interfaces, using design tools to create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps for demonstrations and testing. The designer will produce high-fidelity designs for implementation by development teams, analyze user research and business insights to continuously improve customer experiences, review proposed product changes for compliance with user experience standards, and suggest improvements. Additionally, the role includes creating and maintaining resources such as content templates, samples, and guidelines to streamline the design process for designers and developers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Strong ability to communicate methods of managing different stakeholder relationships
- Strong experience applying various design principles, such as design systems, and the ability to explain them.
- 3+ years of using Figma as a design tool and the ability to explain features such as auto layout, components, styles, prototyping, plugins, and version control.
- Highly organized
