A leading hospital system sitting in NYC is seeking a Product Manager to join their space. This person will be supporting the Digital Solutions umbrella, specifically their Radiation Oncology application. This person will be helping support the day to day projects within the space. Some of the key responsibilities needed are below:
Stakeholder Management: Needs to effectively work with diverse stakeholders, including radiation therapists, physicians, and leadership teams.
Product Management Skills: Experience in writing user stories, defining MVPs, creating user acceptance criteria, and managing scope creep.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, development, QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
Agile & Waterfall Approaches: Familiar with both agile and waterfall methodologies, depending on the project.
Navigating Ambiguity: Ability to work through unclear requirements and define future-state processes.
User Experience Focus: Considering user experience when building solutions, especially with an eye on usability in healthcare settings.
