Daily Responsibilities:
Lead QA Activities: Oversee functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web-based SaaS and HR platforms.
Test Strategies: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans for end-to-end system validation.
Automation Frameworks: Implement and manage automation frameworks using Selenium or similar tools.
SaaS Platform Automation: Perform hands-on automation for SaaS platform components, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
Defect Management: Manage defect lifecycle using tools like ALM or ClickUp, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
Database Validation: Conduct database validation through basic SQL queries to ensure data integrity and correctness.
HR Modules QA: Lead QA efforts for HR modules, Core HR, and downstream/upstream dependencies, ensuring end-to-end functional coverage.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business stakeholders to align on quality goals and deliverables.
Reporting: Prepare and communicate detailed test reports, metrics, and documentation.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
SaaS Application Testing: Strong expertise in testing SaaS applications.
Testing Practices: Proficient in both manual and automation testing.
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or similar.
HR Tech Platforms: Prior experience in HR Tech platforms is mandatory; familiarity with tools like Betterworks, Docebo, Eightfold is a plus.
Defect Tracking Systems: Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., ALM, ClickUp).
SQL Proficiency: Ability to perform basic data verification and validation tasks using SQL.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
