Training
The position starts with a paid training program lasting 4-8 weeks at VNS Westchester HQ in White Plains, NY. The training duration depends on the candidates experience and knowledge of the Oasis system
Patient Visits:
Conduct an average of 5 patient visits per day
Each visit lasts between 30 minutes to an hour
Maintain continuity of care by seeing the same patients weekly, fostering a strong relationship
Documentation:
Document all patient visits using a tablet and the Oasis system from home
Compensation
Base salary with additional fee-for-service compensation for visits exceeding the average
The average is based on a point system, with 26.5 points being the standard. Any points above this threshold will qualify for additional compensation based on the types of additional services

NYS Physical Therapist License
2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Valid driver's license and vehicle

Oasis EMR experience
Home health experience
