A client in the semiconductor industry is hiring for a SHE Manager to join their team. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust safety, health, and environmental program at a new manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability. This role also oversees facility management, including regulatory compliance, maintenance, and infrastructure operations, to support the sites production ramp-up over the next 12 months. The SHE Manager will collaborate with leadership to integrate SHE principles into the transfer of equipment and processes from an existing company site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation.

- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or experience in lieu
- 5+ years of experience in SHE management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years overseeing facility management responsibilities
- Experience managing a min. of 3-5 employees
- Proven expertise in OSHA regulations, environmental compliance (EPA, RCRA), and facility operations (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing maintenance).
- Strong knowledge of safety risk assessment tools (e.g., JSA, HAZOP) and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
