One of our largest real estate clients is seeking a desktop support technician to support their largest luxury client at their headquarters. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with PCs, Macs, AV equipment, and mobile devices. This person also must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. This person also must work onsite in NYC M-F 9-5:30pm.

Experience working with processes and procedures in a large organization preferable
Re-images computers, performs data migrations and restorations
Proficient Windows and Mac troubleshooting and support
Conducts remote problem solving as needed
Growth mindset
Able to lift 50 lbs. unaided
