The world's leading beverage company, is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Omnichannel PMO to join the team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Omnichannel, this role will play a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations and processes critical to the integration of omnichannel into the commercial organization. We’re looking for a highly creative problem solver, who can work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take ownership of their work and demonstrate strong abilities to effectively communicate between multiple groups. Representing omnichannel campaigns in the integrated marketing planning process, collaborating with omni managers and sales teams to collate the appropriate inputs. Processes including but not limited to brand and communications approvals, asset consolidation and creative agency scope trackers, as well as, support post-program marketing analytics as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
•3-5 years of agency experience in a project management or account management capacity
•High degree of collaboration with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and a process-oriented approach to addressing challenges.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling messaging with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Experience managing and interacting with clients
•Experience managing 360 campaigns – digital, social, environmental, broadcast
•Experience working with trade or other lower-funnel creative
•Experience using project management tools
