Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Rapid UX Researcher to join a customer facing insights and design team. This role can be fully remote within the EST. Through quick one week sprints candidates will drive transformation within design by contributing insights and research outcomes. On a day to day basis you will partner with experience design teams across multiple digital products, as well as a Research Manager and another Rapid researcher. Candidates will be taking in a brief, building out a test plan, execute on the research within the one week sprint and then deliver insights in the form of a report to review with stakeholders. Being able to work within an Agile and Design Sprint environment is important for the quick turnaround. Candidates will do moderated and unmoderated user interviews, some survey and journey work, as well as defining and planning the research approach and methodologies in context of project scope and timeline. Being able to refine research along the way is also pivotal to the role,

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience with Rapid Research
Agile Environment, Design Sprint environment
Hands on with Moderated and unmoderated user interviews
Knowledge of research surveys and usability testing
Ability to take in a brief and build out a test plan
Consumer facing or digital products experience
Experience putting research insights into a report and presenting to stakeholders
Portfolio examples of rapid research sprints
