Insight Global is seeking a Technical Writer to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients fully remote working for a team based in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Facilities Compliance Team which deals with the documentation and certification of technical adjustments on all equipment and the creation/editing of all SOPs, work instructions, and test protocols for all facilities on site. This individual will be primarily responsible for end to end document lifecycle completion. This will include the creation/editing of documents received from teams across the business, working with SMEs to gain the right language for each project, running CFT meetings to review said documents, walking the appropriate teams through any revisions or changes made to their corresponding documentation, and pushing documents to final review and execution. This individual will be working on both BAU documentation projects and larger scaled initiatives including but not limited to the building of test protocols for new facilities.
