A major retail clients influencer program is pushing the boundaries of what best in class social commerce business looks like, optimizing customer pain points, and democratizing the opportunity earn across all influencer cohorts (fashion, beauty, and sports). A customer obsessed enthusiast is needed to influence and build relationships with the top influencers and help them generate revenue, build audience development strategies to reach new customers and tailor their content to support key categories, as well as driving awareness for the clients priority campaigns and on the ground activations.
You will use your knowledge of digital and social media marketing to bring a solutions-oriented mindset to recruit, engage creators, and grow their business. Through your support youll help maximize earning potential for each influencer and the client. You excel at developing strong relationships and working closely and constructively with internal and external partners to define the best route for influencer and brand success!

Management
Experience running an affiliate influencer program
(interfacing with 20-50+ influencers)
Experience using affiliate platforms such as LTK, ShopMY or
SPLIT
Experience working directly with influencers (Retail or
products)
Experience Data analysis, tracking and reporting on sales,
user behaviors, traffic etc.
Has a nack for sales, marketing and driving user
engagement. Loves the retail/sales environment and
constant pursuit of growth and success.
