Insight Global is looking for a strong IT Project Manager to join a large pharmaceutical client in Tarrytown, NY. This PM will be joining the Research IT organization which helps support the scientists. This role will be working within preclinical development on a software configuration project. They buy a ton of COTS systems and configure them to fit the scientists needs within preclinical development. This PM will need to understand the SDLC, take in requirements, define requirements, monitor developers code, do UAT, stage it into deployment. The PM will plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Pay is around 65-78/hr

-10-15+ years experience as an IT PM focusing on SDLC projects
-5+ years of strong recent experience working on software configuration projects
-Agile experience and knowledge on scrum
-Working experience with MS project and Jira
-Strong EQ and collaboration skills
-Prior experience working within pharma
