Dedicated to use and maintain the document information and folder structure in their tool for Customer collaboration (Documentum).
Facilitate development of the Master Deliverables List utilizing references including the contract, and their tools.
Maintain the status of the Master Deliverables List. Upon demand, generate status reports of the Master Deliverables List.
Facilitate the on time uploading and issuance of project documentation relative to the BOP scope, and Product Scope as required based on Customer requirements.
Interface with all engineering disciplines regarding the on-time execution of the Customer Deliverables.
Be the primary interface with the Customer/ Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) regarding documentation transmittals and use of Documentum (and/or Customer's collaboration tool).
Facilitate any sub-suppliers access to Documentum and correct folder(s) access.
Manage flow and control of project documents from sub-suppliers.
Creation of distribution list and it's maintenance in Documentum and the Customer's access to the tool. Acts as the primary interface with the Customer and internal resources regarding Documentum issues.
Manage the flow and control of project documentation and information including the BOP scope, possibly product-line documents, partner documents for reviews and returned customer comments. This will/could include the use of their repository tools, email, or other tools specified by the Customer and/or the contract requirements.
Maintain the document collaboration folder structure and securities for discrepancies and discuss actions with Project Engineering Manager (PEM).
Train in and attain a working knowledge of the Customer's documentation system, in preparation for use as the primary interface for documentation as required by contract and/or agreement with Customer.
Assist PEM in preparation for project reviews as relative to documentation.
Attend internal and external meetings.
Responsible to maintain it updated with latest revision during project execution up to power plant delivery.
Serve as primary contact with Customers / Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) for documentation transmittal
Proficient in managing and maintaining project documentation, including Master Deliverables Lists and document control systems.
Skilled in collaborating with internal teans, sub-suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth information flow and compliance with contract requirements.
Strong organizational abilities for streamlining workflows, resolving document discrepancies, and preparing for audits and project reviews.
Competent in generating status reports, maintaining deliverables, and supporting engineering managers with technical documentation.
