Insight Global is seeking multiple Back End Engineers to join one of their top financial clients in NYC. This individual will be joining the technology group of one of their most popular products in the dining space. These engineers will be focused on a number of development and BAU efforts stemming from the large scale technology integration of a new product into the existing dining product. In edition to integration efforts, there will be a few simultaneous projects focused on optimizing the current development environment with emphasis on bug fixes and monitoring to ensure deployment is smooth during BAU work. We are seeking a strong Python, familiar with one of the web frameworks (Django or Flask ideal), and strong SQL skills. Any exposure to monitoring tools like Data Dog and deployment tools like Kubernetes is a big plus. Additionally, a developer with Java experience and/or exposure is highly desired to bounce between both products.

-8+ years experience with web based Python Programming
-Strong proficiency with any Python web based framework (Django or Flask ideal)
-Proficient with SQL and understanding of relational databases
-Full SDLC experience - should understand deployment, and see past the point of deployment to testing, bug fixes etc.
