Job Description

A commercial insurance/reinsurance provider in the Purchase, NY area is looking for 3 Sr Treasury Analyst to join their Treasury/Forecasting team. This is a Treasury Operations role and the candidates should have experience with Cash management, Wires, Sox Controls, Audits related to Treasury, Forecasting. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of daily cash functions which include producing a cash position worksheet, oversight of the Kyriba Treasury Management System, transaction oversight, bank statement generation and review exceptions to ensure the highest quality data is used for decision making. This position will start fully in person, then eventually move to a hybrid model (2 days remote)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Bank Portal access management.
Downloading monthly/quarterly bank statements from bank portals.
Composing wire entries into Kyriba and/or appropriate bank portals and sending for approval.
Reconciliation of internally managed custody investment accounts.
Opening/on-boarding of investment custody accounts.
Assist with collateral management.
Monthly borrowing base certificate preparation.
Monthly transfers of cash between Operations and our Long-Term Portfolio.
Monitoring intraday payment reports to ensure proper account liquidity.
Manage Sarbanes Oxley controls and help document policies and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

Associates or Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related business field.
2+ years of experience in a corporate finance, treasury, or banking operations.
Strong proficiency in Excel with command of functions (e.g., Pivot Table Creation, Vlookup, formulas).
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities.
Possess strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience working with Kyriba and SAP preferred.
Commercial Insurance/Reinsurance experience (preferably specific to Property & Casualty)
