Job Description

This role is responsible for technical planning, support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the migration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient upgrade for all users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows operating system deployments, automation, endpoint management, and user support

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Planning & Deployment:
Assist in the development of the Windows 11 migration strategy, including compatibility assessments, deployment methods, and rollback plans
Assess and resolve hardware / software compatibility issues related to the Windows 11 transition
Troubleshooting:
Provide technical expertise in Windows 11 configuration, security settings, and policy enforcement
Troubleshoot and resolve OS, driver, and application related issues
Collaborate with IT support teams to assist with escalations and user issues
Ensure proper logging, documentation, and reporting of issues and solutions
