Job Description

Our beauty manufacturing client is looking for a BI Developer to join their Transformation Office. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements for reporting and analytics, ensuring the delivery of effective solutions. They will be responsible for handling data cleansing, transformation, loading, and processing from various sources, creating pipelines to visualization tools like PowerBI. They'll design visualizations to support decision-making, maintain back-end processes, and ensure consistent user access and experience for both data systems and visual outputs, while using agile practices to keep stakeholders informed throughout the development process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer
- Experience using PowerBI to cleanse, transform, and process data from multiple sources and create pipelines
- Strong communication and comfortable communicating with cross functional teams
- Ability to understand business context, data, and challenges to align reporting and analytics goals.
- Design data visualizations to support decision-making for strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize back-end processes and front-end visualizations for consistent user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or another technical field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in data profiling and data quality management.
