Insight Global is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients working at their Rensselaer, NY location 5x/week onsite. This individual will be joining the Engineering team within the Engineering and Automation space working on the commissioning of one of the fill/finish lines. This indvidiual will be joining just after the FAT phase wraps up. They will be expected to jump right in and assist with assignments like executing protocols with vendors, commissioning protocols for testing alarms, functional testing, calibration, and heavy documentation throughout. They will eventually also be helping with SAT protocols taking a main role in working directly with vendors, managing punch lists and ensuring all work is following GmPs and SOPs. They will be working within a large team of engineers on a day to day, and often working cross functionally with validation and facilities compliance. Excellent and direct communication is a must.

- 2-3 years of experience in Commissioning Activities (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ Validation Support, etc.)
- Extensive hands on documentation experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working within GmPs and with SOPs
- Direct communication and ability to work well with large teams cross-functionally
