Bachelors degree + 1 year of experience as long as they understand the industry OR HSD/GED with 4+ years of experience in related field (crane logistics); could work for crane company and just want to work for GE (oil & gas industry is acceptable as well)
Proficient in developing lift plans, interpreting crane manuals/load charts, and understanding the effects of wind on crane operations
Strong cost reduction negotiation experience
Ability to manage dynamic schedules/projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
