Insight Global is seeking an Equities Business Analyst to join one of our financial clients in NYC. This person will be joining the team to engage in the different phases of their in-house application development. This will include user needs collection, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance within an Agile framework. This person should be familiar with FX and Fixed Income e-trading workflows and pricing, equity structured products, and have a strong understanding of of the workflow between sales and traders. This person should be comfortable gathering requirements, writing proper documentation and reporting for various IT products. They should also be able to provide L1 technical support. This person must be able to work onsite in NYC 3x each week.

- Experience in IT BA or IT Support analyst roles within the financial services industry, specifically within the Front Office.
- Experience in one of the following: (Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives and term structures, Credit bonds, CLO)
- Extensive knowledge of the Sales-Trader workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or C#.
