Insight Global is seeking a Strategic Process Consultant to support an Experience Design organization. This person will be onsite 2 days a week in NYC and collaborating with VP and Senior Director level stakeholders to help enhance and systematize processes within a Experience Design group with multiple teams aligned to the same VP. This role will operate primarily independently and present ideas and finding to Senior Directors and the VP stakeholder, along with input from the design operation leaders. This person will operate with People, Processes, and Workflows in mind and take methodological approaches to build processes and process suggestions for team maturity and operations. Candidates will help teams align on opportunities within their design space, identify meaningful insights to enhance design operating model, develop differentiated product and service experiences, and shape process through strategy, leadership and purposeful design.

5+ years of experience as an Experience Designer, Service Designer or Design Consultant
Knowledge and a background of analyzing design organizations (business analysis)
Hands on experience building design frameworks or design operating models
Strong stakeholder communication, takes initiative to drive at organizational maturity
Systematic approach to solving organizational and design challenges
Background with customer experience design and shaping processes through insights
