Insight Global is seeking a Front Office IT Business Analyst to support various external and internal applications for Global Markets activities. The candidate will primarily be involved in Level 1 Functional Support and will engage in Business Analysis to help implement new features in the supported applications. This individual will work closely with Front Office teams to support functions and will have a good knowledge of various financial products. They should be able to work closely with the trading desk and establish a trusted relationship with traders. This person will also have functional responsibilities including logging, tracking, and managing IT incidents, communicate user requirements, gather feedback, create user guidelines and documentation, etc. This person should be able to work 3x each week in NYC.

5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst for Front Office within financial services.
Knowledge of financial Products (Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Interest Rate Derivatives and term structures, Credit bonds, CLO) and their trade workflows.
Knowledge equities booking systems (Fidessa, Dash, Markitwire, Sophis or similar).
Experience having functional responsibilities logging, tracking, and managing incidents reported by end users.
Excellent communication skills with a highly analytical and problem solver mindset.
