Insight Global is seeking a Senior level Fund Accounting professional for a prestigious and rapidly growing client in the Asset Management sector. This opportunity is embedded in the Finance organization overseeing a sector of our clients Credit funds. As a Senior fund professional on the team, you will primarily be responsible for review work. The primary credit funds you would support are the Mid Cap (Middle Market Loan Business) and their Warehouse Lending Business. This is a full time contract position with the likelihood and opportunity for continuous extensions and hybrid remote flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Review capital account statements and investor statements prepared by other fund accountants on the team.
- Review NAV closes and fee calculations in the close process.
- Assist with capital account statement preparations in the close process as needed.
- Field ad-hoc reporting requests from deal teams and investors to drive the business forward and meet investment needs.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including Finance, Operations, Corporate, and Deal teams.

- 7-10+ years of experience working directly in an investment fund (Private Equity fund, Credit fund, or Hedge fund) responsible for reviewing capital statements and capital investments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel to navigate custom manual reports built with complex formulas.
- Excellent communication skills and financial acumen to work in a fast-paced environment interfacing with various stakeholders across the finance and deal teams.
- Experience with Master Feeder Funds, Cayman Feeders, or Cayman filings.
- Understanding of Master Subsidiary Relationships
- Understanding of how to calculate waterfalls, manual fees, and incentive fees.
- Experience with Investran as a fund accounting tool.
