Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned, driven, and team-oriented Senior Software Engineer to join us in creating exceptional financial analysis tools for our customers. Your technical expertise will be crucial in helping our expanding team achieve our customer experience objectives. Our platform utilizes a modern tech stack, featuring Kotlin/JVM for the backend, which interacts with other Java/JVM services, and a React-based frontend. We integrate numerous internal and external APIs to aggregate and analyze customer data.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of software development experience with strong knowledge in Java/JVM/Kotlin, Rest APIs and exposure to alternate JVM languages.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of service-based architectures
- Understanding of public cloud such as AWS or GCP.
- Understanding of web applications and use of APIs to power them.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL/MongoDB/ Redis
- Proven experience with live applications and production environments.
